Suzanne joined the Association as a Plant Protection Program Assistant in May 2021. In her role she assists with creating outreach and education materials for our Plant Heroes® youth program.
Suzanne passion for nature and the outdoors stems from growing up on a farm in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. She holds bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Geography from Millersville University and a master’s in Conservation Biology from North Carolina State University. In her free time, Suzanne enjoys growing vegetables, experimenting in the kitchen, creating pottery, and taking her dog, Bella, on adventures.
