How can your garden support plant conservation? Unsure where to start? These and other common questions will be addressed by presenters from the four major botanic garden networks— the American Public Gardens Association, Botanic Gardens Conservation International, Center for Plant Conservation, and Plant Conservation Alliance to match the conservation needs in North America with those organizations that can best meet them. One year later, data is emerging that will offer new solutions and partnerships for plant conservation. This session will present the combined resources of these organizations to inform, invite, and assist gardens that want to do more.

Presenters: K. Sackman, Botanic Gardens Conservation International, U.S., Glencoe, Illinois; C. Sclar, American Public Gardens Association, Kennett Square, Pennsylvania; J.R. Clark, Center for Plant Conservation, San Diego, California; J. Ceska, State Botanical Garden of Georgia, Athens, Georgia; K. Havens, Chicago Botanic Garden, Plant Conservation Alliance Non-Federal Cooperators Committee, Glencoe, Illinois.
