The United States Botanic Garden educates visitors about pollinator-related conservation methods through a variety of programming, interpretation, and partnerships. In addition to cooperating on the Plant Conservation Alliance National Seed Strategy, The United States Botanic Garden communicates pollinator related conservation messages to their visitors though interpretation panels which are made widely available to other public gardens. In 2015 their holiday train exhibit had a pollinator theme! By collaborating with the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center, United States Botanic Garden helped create Landscape for Life, an education initiative intended to help people everywhere develop sustainable landscapes. Landscape for Life provides kits of teaching resources that can be used to conduct classes on sustainable home gardening and is based upon the principles of the Sustainable SITES initiative for developing sustainable landscapes.
