Visualopathy is a totally unique, integrated retail service based in Columbus, Ohio. We have been in business since 2002. Our early clients include an impressive collection of companies such as Starbucks Corporate, REI Stores, Elizabeth Arden Red Door retail and Bootlegger Stores, Canada.
Our first botanical garden assignment came in 2003 when we were asked to design and orchestrate a cosmetic remodel along with product sourcing and merchandising at the Franklin Park Conservatory Gift Store. This project preceded a more extensive remodel at another botanical venue, Longwood Gardens in 2006. This larger project has led to a four year relationship coordinating assortments and merchandising for the prestigious one-of-a-kind botanical gardens' retail entity.
Since then, our focus has been solely on botanical gardens and arboreta. Our philosophy is simple; a botanical garden is a beautiful, upscale experience. A gardens' retail venue should replicate that beauty and taste level. It should be an extension of the garden or arboreta in ambiance and thematic relevance.

Other subsequent projects include fixture design, buying and merchandising for a brand new retail store at the Denver Botanic Gardens in July of 2009 as well as the new Atlanta Botanical Gardens Gift Store in 2009.

Services include:
