Our scientists at our Research Laboratories in Charlotte, North Carolina advise us about the latest technological advances in arboriculture and assist our arborists with training updates.

Bartlett's mission remains the scientific care of trees and shrubs. We develop new methods of treatment, new materials and new equipment every day to progress arboricultural knowledge allowing others to benefit from our research.

Tree care services for residential and commercial clients includes: pruning, cabling/bracing, insect and disease management, fertilization programs, plant diagnostics and soil analysis, lightning protection, root invigoration as well as tree evaluations.

It's our goal to reduce our impact on the environment and develop alternative means of care.

Our Integrated Pest Management program offers clients alternative "natural based" treatments such as predator release, soaps and oils and other materials. These products can be used where effective and will yield comparable results.

A recent Bartlett "green" innovation is our organic fertilizer that contains no phosphorus. It is injected directly into the root zone and is proven effective.

Bartlett's programs for tree and shrub care are "proactive" rather than "reactive". We build continuing relationships with our clients that we strive to maintain. Proactive treatment reduces the risk of crisis management later on, when treatment may not be an option.

We will continue to change as new scientific methods and equipment becomes available. We perform state-of-the-art arboriculture safely with healthy, beautiful trees and shrubs as the testimonials for our service.
